Man That Folsom Arms by Heddon is a steal at $200 . It I didn't already have that same Heddon in a Jay Harvey model I would pull the trigger quick on that one. That Prince is the ultimate small stream rod. Limber enough for the little guys to put a bend in and enough reserve power in the butt section to pull in the 20 inchers. I have the same rod in the Princess. Love It ;D You make it hard on a fella who currently trying to thin his Boo inventory ..............Tentwing

I agree Tee Dub, Marshall let me fish the prince one time for about an hour on stream -X and you guys know how I am with boo. I loved it and it had a really nice feel and didn't have all the weight that I typically complain about! ;D Really sweet stick! I need to quit guiding and get a real job so I could afford nice things.

Marshal and Rocky ; I'm with you guys. I can't believe that no one has pulled the trigger on the that Prince I also am surprised that Folsom has not went under someone's Christmas tree yet ;D That taper is one of my favorites. A very authoritative 5 weight with a quicker action that most Heddon's it is a perfect Boo taper for tailwaters. The hinge effect built into that 3 piece configuration allows you to lay down those feathery (size #22 BWO) presentations and then turn around and shoot that #6 cone head instead of chucking it Pretty much the same is true for that Bill Stanley. I line mine with a 5 weight line instead of a 6. By the time I line up a double nymph rig and an indicator it will weight the same as a 6 weight line anyway . Someone who has been casting Boo a long time might notice that it is slightly slower on long cast than that Folsom, but most people will never notice. It is a really great tailwater stick. It also has a really nice color scheme in it's silk wraps. I had forgotten how pretty they were until I saw your's posted and decided to dig mine out and line her up .................Tentwing

I agree...the Prince is a great rod. I would jump on it myself if I were not trying to place my money toward buying the tools to build them myself!
I highly encourage anyone who is looking to try a boo to jump on it! Great price!
