I was traveling from Redbank after helping someone out when I decided to try and find this place. Now bare in mind I know nothing about Chattanooga.
So,........ I called 411; they connected me, and a very pleasant young lady named Michelle answered the phone. So far so good I'm thinking....... I explained to Michelle that I'm in my truck on 27 South; that I would like to find her shop, and that I really hate it when people do what I'm doing. (talking on the cell phone while driving)...
Michelle laughs and says "dont worry I can get you here".Well long story short A few 18 wheelers trying to kill me , a couple of missed exits , one guy who wants to set a green light FOREVER , being put on hold by Michelle , and both of us having a good laugh over the phone I arrive on Broad Street.
While on Broad Street I passed under the 24 overpass and there it was a light gray building with the name on the side. I parked and walked into the store and introduced myself to Michelle , and we both laughed again at might run of bad luck on the trip over.
Needless to say the customer service provided by Michelle was way above and beyond any reasonable expectations. The shop was nice , clean and well lit. The latter is very important for us old half blind types. It also had one side that was devoted to shotguns; again very nice even though I'm not not much of a hunter anymore.
The shop had all the basic fishing and tying needs covered as well as books. This will be fairly close for some of us, and much easier to find for most than it was for me. ;D ( Thanks again Michelle)
