I just ordered new flylines from the Royal Wulff guide program. I am trying a new one this year along with Triangle Taper Dry Fly lines that I have been using for a couple of years. The dryfly lines have performed right at the top of the list in my experience so I am looking forward to seeing how the Nymphing Indicator line does. I'll give another report in a few weeks to let you know how it does. Hugh Hartsell---East Tn.

Wing, you can't go wrong with the Royal Wulff fly lines. There several nice fly lines, but this line has been a favorite of mine for a while now. Looking forward the breakdown on the nymph line Hugh. Petey

I had a chance to fish the new Nymphing line this week and it was under some pretty tough conditions. The things that I observed may only be relative to the reel that I was using and the weather conditions at the time. I had the line on my nymphing rod and reel which is a small reel based, Okuma Seirra, that can wind a line pretty tight as compared to a large capacity type reel. It was almost down to freezing when we started fishing so the line coils were pretty tight and remained that way for most of the day. Memory did seem to be a big problem, which is quite unlike the weight forward dry fly line that I have been using. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN DUE TO THE SMALL CAPACITY REEL AND COLD WEATHER. The visibility of the line was excellent since it is a flouresent chartruese color. The line cast moderately well except for the coils which tangled somewhat. The connection point of the line to the leader was made with a Cortland Loop Connector and this part worked and held up well. I WOULD LIKE TO GIVETHIS LINE A FEW MORE TEST RUNS AND GIVE A LATER REPORT, BUT FOR NOW, I THINK THAT I WOULD HAVE TO RATE IT AT ABOUT A 6, ON A SCALE FROM 1-10. HUGH HARTSELL---East Tn.

Thanks for the heads up Hugh! I know in cold weather, my fly line is sometimes wound tighter than a spring. Look forward to the update when you can get it out in warmer weather. Petey
