Petey, I dont know what to tell you brother. Just like the rest of you,, i`ve been surffin the net and looking for something like the "Big House" but haven`t had any luck either . It may come down to camping and hoping for good weather but at the same time,,i`d hate to take the chance of missing out on fine "Guitar Pickin" and another "Low Country Boil" . I`m not ready to throw in the towel yet,,got a few more idea`s to check out .

I do have plenty of tarp knowledge! We can set up a camp for 20 without batting an eye. Kitchen Included! If we can't find the right cabin than don't fear the Ghetto camp!

A place just hit me that I hadn't thought of yet. About 8 years ago my mom's kin folk had a big shin dig right on the banks of the Little River. My Mom had reserved 3 rustic style cabins that slept 6 each. Each had a kitchen, fire place and other things of need. I think it was something like 70 dollars a night back then. Anyhow, the way to get to them is by driving through Tremont campground just before you enter the Park. You pass the check-in and take a left. If anybody knows where I am talking about that might not be a bad idea. They aren't too fancy, but there is plenty of parking for cars and boats. If anybody knows what cabins I am talking about and wants to drop by and get some information on them, feel free. If not, I may try to get up that way in the near future and see what information I can track down. Just another option.... Petey Follow up: After decided to do a search for Rustic Cabins in Townsend and found these. Though this might just up our alley. Look like something to consider.... www.cabins.com/usa/tn/tn_townsend_006/tn_townsend_smlc_006.html

I work with the lady who owns this place. lilybarn.com/flame_azalea.html If y'all think this might be the place, I'd be happy to contact her on behalf of the group.

That place looks great Robb. I think what this is going to come down to is the actual number of people we have attending and cost of the event. Anyhow, I am going to start a list of attendee's in another thread to get a head count. Thanks for the heads up, Petey
