I've got some wood I can bring. I won't be up until Friday afternoon. If it's decent weather I'll go fishing on the Little River and head up to the cabin around dark.
Seeya there... ;D

I have a few pieces of split hickory I will throw in the back of the jeep. It should give us a good smell and cover up our fishy odor! Petey

Anybody else having a hard time getting any work done? I know I can't get the thought of rising trout to dry fly's out of my head. Anybody else suffering from this illness? Petey

Tell me about it! I just got out of a one hour meeting and couldn't tell you what we talked about if my life depended on it . Mama is catering a wedding this weekend so the Rodeo will stay on the French Broad leaving me to drive the trout tank....do ya think one of you fellers could slide down the mountain to the barn and pick me up?

Trey, I am not sure what time in the AM I am coming up yet. A lot of it is going to depend on when I can drop off my daughter. I do have plans of having us checked in at noon. Once I get checked in and my stuff dropped off I have plans of heading out to fish. Not sure where yet though. Have given some thought to the Elkmont area. Since you are bringing food, if want to meet there at noon when I pick up the key the will be fine with me. Petey

sounds good to me. I may swing by Tellico early and then make my way to the cabin by noon. If i am not there by noon then go on without me. I will be in a grey suburban with a canoe rack on top.

Guys if you are buying a Tenn lic. beware. If you think ya may want the trout stamp get it when you purchase they won't sell it seperate. You will have to buy the lic agian. That is the way it used to be anyway on the year long lic. I had the game lic and wanted a trout stamp they wanted me to buy it all again. That sucked I just waited.
