That is one story that has received little media coverage. I believe you did an outstanding job in staying objective. Keep up the good work

Flip, I agree with your comment about the lack of coverage. I think that if we knew how many ticking time bombs are around us such as the one in Yellowstone, it would scare us to death. And once again, thank you for your kind words. I take the writeen portion of my angling life very serious and it is a real boost to hear your support; .

Very well written Varmit. I often struggle with how to best live my life by what I claim to be my values, and still exist in enough comfort that my family is happy and content, not only because of my environmental values but also for my disdain for the capitalist elite, of who I work for.

Jay, I think the tug of war between the outdoors and working for "Da Man" is something we all deal with. Honestly if it were not for my family, I would chuck this stiff shirt 9-5 crap in the nearest drainage ditch and the only way you could see me is to go to the river and holler "HootieHoo!" and wait for a reply. I honestly hate this s@#$^! But I am kinda fond of the paycheck... ;D

My problem in working for a company is the fact I jjust do not play well with others. On the positive side, my boss is always telling me to take the day off and go fishing. ;D ;D It just is not as much fun since i had to sell MY Wife. That is what I had named my boat. If things go right, in 2 years I will be successfully relocated somewhere in the mountains.
