I came across a web site last night and this dude was using hot glue to make bodies on his flies. The bodies came out clear on some zonkers he made or if he put Mylar covers on the bodies it make them fuller. All his flies looked awesome but the ones I tried, well lets just say they need some work. ;D. Just wondering if anyone else has tried using hot glue on their flies?

I have seen guys take yellow hot glue and put a dab on the hook to resemble a corn fly... or nugget... Not sure I am ready to go there quite yet. Yet.... Petey

They make some awesome egg patterns. The sticks come in different colors that make for some interesting clusters.
I have never seen anyone use glue sticks for bodies.
I tie my zonkers big and full and want to keep them light enough to cast well, with plenty of motion.
