I finally got around to throwing the Blue Cat that I caught on Cub Lake back earlier in the year in the cast iron skillet. I dipped the fillets in egg batter, rolled it in corn meal and then fried it up in olive oil. I also made a home made tarter sauce... 1 cup Dukes Mayo, 2 tablespoons of lemon, 2 table spoons of chopped yellow onion, 3 tables spoons of chopped Bread and Butter Habanero Pickles and a dash of crushed black pepper. So in Paymaster fashion, I present.... It was gooood.....
