OK, how did you prepare the peaches. Last night I did breaded talapia seered in a iron skillet over an open flame along with squash and zuchini marinated in rasberry vinagarette and seasoned with Mrs. Dash cooked in a grilling basket. It wasn't bad.... Petey

I used freestone type peaches. Slice long ways and remove the seed. Placed on a hot grill face down for 5-6 minutes. Just long enough to get some grill marks. Then I flipped them over and filled the seed hole with a butter and brown sugar mixture. Left them in the grill another 5-6 minutes. Thanks Y'all.
