What exactly is a fattie? Is it breakfast sausage stuffed with something? They look awsome, I would like to try one on my smoker.

I am gonna try something special for our Christamas table center piece incorporating the fattie idea. Not sure how it will turn out but stand by for the results sometime next week. ;D

What kind of cheese and sausage do you use? Tennessee Pride Hot sausage and Borden's shredded Gouda cheese.
